Trauma is a psychological response to a distressing or disturbing event that overwhelms an individual's ability to cope. There are different of trauma, including trauma, chronic trauma, and complex trauma. Signs and symptoms can include anxiety, flashbacks, nightmares, and avoidance behaviors. Trauma can involve therapy, medication, and self-care techniques such as mindfulness and exercise. It's essential to seek professional help if you're experiencing symptoms of trauma.

EMDR Therapy

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a psychotherapy that helps individuals process traumatic experiences.
